Kimi Verma is a Punjabi girl who has acted in a variety of movies.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">PERSONAL DETAILS</span><br />The actress was born in the year 1979. Around ten years ago she moved to Mumbai from Punjab with her family. Kimi studied in Guru Hargobind Public Senior Secondary School in Sidhwan Khurd and moved to Boston for further studies. She hails from Jagraon in Ludhiana and has a video gallery there.<br /><br />Kimi won the title of Miss Bombay in 1993 and the Femina Miss India Beautiful Hair in 1994. She was offered roles in Punjabi movies. She is a clothesdesigner, and runs a shop in Los Angeles. <br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">CAREER</span><br />At the age of 14, Kimi's film career started with Naseebo (1995) and was followed by a number of Punjabi movies like Qahar (1998), Jee Aayan Nu, Assan Nu Maan Watnan Da, Mera Pind - My Home and Mittaran Di Chattari.<br /><br />In 2000, Kimi played Meeto in one of the Punjabi movies called Shaheed Udham Singh (2000). Her co- stars in this movie were Raj Babbar, Amrish Puri and Juhi Chawla. Kimi's latest film is Sat Sri Akal opposite actor Manpreet Singh.<br /><br />The actress also modelled for a number of brands like Sunsilk, HSBC, Clinic Plus, Liberty and Nescafe. She was also a spokeswoman for Ponds Institute and Skin Care for India and Egypt. <br /><br />Kimi has anchored a TV serial Meri Saheli for Star Plus and has acted in a popular English TV serial Switch Reloaded.<br /><br />
