Basics on Nisha Priyanka Kothari, who later came to be known as Nisha, is a Sagittarian born on 30th November 1983 in Kolkata, India. Her father is a businessman while her mother is a homemaker. Nisha is the youngest of two daughters. Kothari studied Chemistry at the Dayal Singh College in Delhi. She drifted towards modeling soon after college. She got her break in movies thanks to actor R Madhavan. Though Kothari started working in movies since 2003 and is a known face in the industry she is yet to get that one big hit that will catapult her into a different league. She was seen onscreen as Amoha. 2004 She tried her hand in Telugu cinema with Madhyanam Hathya. 2005 Kothari got her break in Bollywood with Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar which starred biggies like Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan. In the latter, she played Ghungroo which was based on Hema Malini’s character Basanti in Sholay.
