Poker face and slapstick are what comes to mind when you think of Ranvir Shorey. <br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Basics on Ranvir</span><br />Ranvir Shorey was born on 13th January 1967 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. <br /><br />Shorey was dating actress Pooja Bhatt. Their relationship ended on a bitter note and Shorey filed a case against her brother Rahul for assaulting him.<br /><br />He is currently dating actress Konkana Sen Sharma.<br /><br />He entered the entertainment industry as a VJ on Channel [V]. Along with Vinay Pathak, he anchored Ranvir Vinay Aur Kaun? and The Great Indian Comedy Show.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ranvir Shorey’s Movies</span><br />Ranvir Shorey made his debut in movies with Manisha Koirala in Ek Choti Si Love Story (2002). The movie was a disaster. In Jism (2003), which was produced by his ex-girlfriend Pooja Bhatt, he played John Abraham’s colleague.<br /><br />Some of his memorable roles are as Nanoo in Pyar Ke Side effects (2006) and Mallika Sherawat’s henpecked boyfriend in Ugly Aur Pagli (2008). <br /><br />He worked with Akshay Kumar in Singh is Kinng (2008) which was a success. They came together again for Chandni Chowk to China (2009) and the movie was slotted as one of the worst releases in 2009. He played Chop Stick, a shrewd god man who has a change of heart.<br /><br />He has three movies that will hopefully make up for the failure of Chandni Chowk to China. Do Not Disturb, Tina Ki Chaabi and I am 24 will be releasing in 2009.<br /><br />
