Actor Uday Kiran is a busy man these days flitting between Telugu and Tamil movies.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Basics on Uday</span><br />Uday Kiran was born on 26th June 1980 in Andhra Pradesh, India to V V K Murthy and Nirmala. He also has an older sibling Sridevi.<br /><br />He studied at the K V Picket School and later at the Wesley College. <br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Uday Kiran’s Movies</span><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">2000 to 2004</span> Uday Kiran’s first movie was Chitram (2000) about a couple who get married owing to an unplanned pregnancy. Nuvvu Nenu (2001) was a story about a rich boy falls in love with a poor girl, which won him a Filmfare Best Actor Telugu Award. In 2003, he starred in Sreeram, Nee Sneham and Neeku Nenu Naaku Nuvvu.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">2005 to 2008</span> Avunanna Kaadanna was his only release in 2005. In 2006, he appeared in a Tamil movie Poi that was directed by K Balachander. He played a hairstylist in Viyyala Vari Kayyalu (2007). Vambu Sandal (2008) was his second Tamil movie that received a mixed response. He acted in Madan’s Gunde Jhallumandi (2008).<br /><br />
