Taare Zameen Par- Story
Taare zameen par takes the viewer through the world of ishaan awasthi, who is an 8 year old child and happily lost in his own world. his parents want him to be best in studies, sports and what not and keep scolding him by comparing him with his elder brother. his school teachers are no better than his parents. eventually his parents give up and send ishaan to a boarding school to get him straight. this results in ishaan's situation getting worse as he is not able to handle it and becomes inert to everything. then a new teacher ram shankar nikumbh joins the school and realizes there is something wrong with ishaan. he does some investigation and finds that ishaan is suffering from dyslexia, a disease which results in learning disability. with time and care nikumbh helps ishaan overcome it and makes everyone realize ishaan's specialness.<br />
