Bobby Deol plays Duke Chawla, a successful doctor with a great love life. He is about to be married to Nalini (Kangna Ranaut), but before he can settle down he meets with an accident and is paralyzed neck downwards. <br /><br />The love of his life deserts him, as do his friends. The person who was once the epitome of hope is now angry and frustrated, with no will to live. <br /><br />Enter Roshan, a little boy in the same hospital. He is stubborn, naughty and full of life. Though Duke and he get off on the wrong foot initially, they both develop a very special bond. The boy fills him with his own thirst for life and exuberance.<br /><br />The film explores the sensitive relationship between the two, demonstrating the way Roshan helps in reviving Duke. <br />
